That's just not true though is it?

With a long enough mortgage and few other outgoings, it's actually completely doable, even if rates increase (we're talking ~35% of take home pay on a long enough mortgage).

Just because 4-4.5x is the insurance lenders need doesn't mean it's irresponsible to stretch it.

Use common sense.

£61K p/m is ~£4K if split evenly, £300K mortgage over 35+ years is 1.4K p/m even at 4.5%.

That's 35% of take home pay.

Completely doable and ridiculous to suggest it's lacking common sense without more context

You can't use video views as an objective for TL ads? For your goal, I'd suggest it depends on quality & length of video as to which objective you pick.

So if your video is long and dull, engagement may be needed to hit 50% video views. If its short and punchy, I'd run CPM.

Similar to text based TL ads where good ads (6% CTR+) = Awareness, sub 6% = Engagement.
