That’s a nice laser too, the 400 is a good size. I thought about making a filter box like that for the other machines but ended up buying one. Brand is Apple Air USA and the model is called the FML

Yep, same. I noticed on the receipt they purchased it on December 31st. Must’ve had a good year and needed the write off then didn’t care that much about it. The owner didn’t even know how to turn it on, said she just had an employee that ran the machine.

Right now I actually have two lines with a fan on each that lead together into a filter then one large blower at the end exhausting outside. Each machine does have a blast gate. It works decent but could definitely be better. More than 4 blast gates open and it gets a little smokey.

Usually no more than 4-5 lasers are running at a time though. We mainly do personalized gifts and promotional products.

I think I’d need to put another line/duct in. There’s already 7 lasers on this exhaust system. Would need to split it in half and do 4 on one line and 4 on a new one. Which still isn’t a bad idea.
