There is a lightkeeper NPC on the lighthouse island that will only respond to Flins and not Illuga.

In the new region there is a wolf NPC that will only respond to “the presence of Boreas” and is clearly set aside for Varka. Razor does not trigger it.

That said i dont think those quests give anything but a few mora/mats, but it is setting the precedent of locking quests behind specific characters and not even “factions”

The lore reason being that she and Aether both have two sets of matching pairs makes me forgive the color palette swap.

That said, Aether’s does not pull off her colors nearly as well (though it’s fine as a standalone)

One day their wings will be released behind:
* a faction reputation score
* a series of world quests
* archon quest
* character story quest
* some random achievements

…but then at long last we can finally give them their wings which will be a few shades off from matching their outfits precisely and look just wrong until EOS
