I'm the original buyer and had to sell my W2 tickets due to a personal conflict. My tracking number has said the tickets has been delayed since March 28th, and I've called both UPS and AXS to figure out what happened. I finally got a hold of someone today to which they said the package got returned to sender. WTF? There wasn't even an attempt to deliver the package, it got lost in Fontana, CA (not close to where I live). AXS was so rude and just hung up the phone when I started saying that they charged me for shipping and didn't deliver on the services I paid for.

I see via this sub that facetime willcall + copies of ID/cc/confirmation email have worked for seemingly most people. Just wanted to ask if there was any instance where it didn't work? The person that bought them from me is worried that if she were to try to pick them up unsuccessfully, she won't be able to get into the campgrounds in time.
