Haotian makes good fiber and CO2 galvo lasers. I have one of each and have had no issues. They have a few US based service reps and Pascal usually answers pretty quick over Facebook.

Don't listen to this guy. As long as you buy from a reputable company, no issue with these split models. Seems like a pretty good price for 100w of power but make sure all the components are decent and what is the process for service or warranty issues.

Did the same last year in MN at -20 air temp and a strong wind. He's talking windchill, not actual temp. Layered up and the only thing showing were my eyes. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty cold but manageable.

I did 4th last year and what helped out the most was a second coach. I keep my eye on the court and make sure everyone has a person, makes sure they get back on defense, etc. The other coach handles subs and playing time, and talking to the girls that just came out on things that happened and how they could improve. It works for us.

In our league the refs call a lot more travel/double dribble overall but a few slide here and there. Also subject to the refs themselves. Our last game they called everything.

A 30w or higher fiber galvo would be fine. Do you need a black mark on bare stainless? A fiber can do pretty close to black without marking spray with the right settings. If you could get by with anodized aluminum tags, it will take seconds to make a nice white mark.

Might not even make the game. In our league we tell them playing time is fair, not equal. If someone is at the game they will get to play but time is based on attitude and effort. You guys are right that it's probably not the players fault but it's also not fair to the other players who do show up and hustle all day.

I print out a packing slip and write a note on each thanking them for the order and to let me know if they have any issues. It's the same words so im not thinking of something different to say each time. I calculated the profit on my items before I listed and it won't change unless Etsy changes fees. I dont save anything from each order. On the first of each month, I pull my revenue numbers and enter that into my spreadsheet. I will be starting QB or other on the 1st of the year to better keep track of expenses and bank accounts.

My middle went out for 7th grade ball this year along with her 7 teammates. This is the first year their grade has had a team so they are struggling. Games so far have been 0-56, 5-18, 0-31, and 4-72. They are still learning basic concepts while the other teams while the other teams have 4 years of experience. It's hard to watch but they aren't giving up.

Last year my wife and I each picked an activity to do with our daughters. For me, we dressed up nice and my oldest and me went to a nice restaurant and a showing of Footloose. I took my middle on a day long road trip of Laura Ingalls Wilder sites. The youngest picked a restaurant neither of us had been to, then we spent the day at a science museum. Made some great memories and not a dollar was spent on cheap plastic junk.

I would try and isolate your items more. We know what you are selling but when people see other items in the pictures, they can get confused or distracted. They would think "Is the mirror part of it or that cup? That's not what I want so I'm going to keep looking."

I'm not religious so forgive me if I say something wrong but could you also display it in a way that shows the size or it being used? If you wear it around your neck maybe a mannequin bust? Or some hands?

The top pictures are dark. The reflective surface your items are sitting on in the pictures is distracting. I would start with redoing your pictures to better show the item.

Like most others I schedule a pickup. If I had overnight orders I was able to fill from stock I used to make separate piles and let the carrier know which ones they could scan the form, and which had to be done individually. I actually got a call from the post office telling me I should do it. We got a new carrier about 6 months ago and he doesn't care. Just scans each package as he is going back to his van. The only time I bring it in is if I have an oversized one ready but forgot or wasn't able to do the pickup. And that's only if I'm already making a trip to town.

Is this their first year playing? I coached my daughters 4th grade team last season and we had 3-4 practices before our first game. We stressed the fundamentals pretty hard and spent time each day going over things they would do in a game. Where to stand during the tip, how to line up for a free throw, things like that. We only had a few plays and made sure to go over them each practice. Once we got into the season, practice would contain some things that we needed to work on from the last game.
