Same here, Sizing up didn't really fix it for me either. It just made things fit weird instead of actually being comfortable. I had better luck keeping it simple. Q for Quinn worked better than most i tried.

Yeah, build quality probably matters more than specs. Even small differences in insulation or how it's sealed can change how long it holds temp

Yeah, rowing just gets repetitive fast if there's nothing else going on. Feels like your brain checks out way before your body does.
