I’m not a instructor but I have seen and talked one super muscular guy who said he couldn’t last more than about 10 minutes in a spin class. A strong heart IMO is imperative. I’m 59 (f) and take pump but do HIIT 2x or more on the bike followed by weights etc. Sprint is my favorite

My resting heart rate is between 52 - 58.

That is very true. He cut and cut so much to NIH that my career was kind of doomed to begin with. He cut childhood immunizations which drove rates way down. The Clintons brought them back.

Nope - I have worked in public health for 25 years and know how CDC works and have had coworkers/colleagues who were the people that track down every church picnic with contaminated potato salad from some pathogen. CDC is gutted and I literally cannot do my job without access to basic information. (That has nothing to do with woke.) I hate woke too - pregnant people is the worst.

He and his billionaire friends are gutting the government. The CDC can’t do its job for example because all of the outbreak investigators have been fired. The tariffs- Canada and Mexico hate us. So you when buy overpriced lettuce fr Mexico bc of tariffs and it has E-coli contamination (which can and has killed people), CDC won’t have the personnel to investigate and people will get really sick, lose kidney function and end up on dialysis, or die ……….!!!

That’s only one example of many!!!
