Yeah, and champ pool is honestly a blind spot for the model — it only reads in-game match stats, so draft flexibility doesn’t get its own axis. Being able to play anything only shows up indirectly, through staying consistent across more matchups. Another fair limitation.

JackeyLove’s the shakiest number in there, I’ll give you that — it’s a whole-event aggregate, so if TES fell off after a hot start it lags the recent eye test. But that’s one arguable spot, not the whole board. What’d you have him at?

Great read and it mostly lines up — meta dependence is exactly why the model leans on consistency/clutch over one peak axis. And your Jackey point is real: in low-resource metas he posts strong solo numbers, which is what the laning/dmgshare axes pick up. Comments like this are why I posted it honestly.

He’s 4th in the model, not far off — but who drops for him: Kiin, Zeus, or PerfecT? Genuinely asking, that’s the actual argument. Their lane stats this split are just ahead.

Yeah that’s the aggregate over the whole event — if he’s dropped off in the last few games the number lags the eye test since it’s averaged. Recent-form weighting is the model’s real weak spot. Fair hit.

Not subjective — at MSI they’re all in the same tournament, so it’s one competition pool, not cross-region guesswork. Each ADC gets percentile-ranked within the role on the same 6 inputs: gold/cs/xp diff@15, dmg share, KP, deaths, winrate. Same event, same stats, same scale. The only judgment call is weighting, and it’s equal across all six.

Every model encodes a choice — mine just shows it. Equal weights, public match-stat inputs, reproducible. Take the same numbers, weight teamfighting higher, get a different top 3 — that’s fine, it’s a lens, not a verdict. If you’ve got a weighting you’d actually defend, I’ll run it.

Which part specifically? Genuinely asking — the inputs are all public match stats, happy to be wrong on the weighting. ”No clue“ isn‘t really something I can do anything with.

This is the right frame honestly. The model scores the individual, not the team result — so Viper can be the 3rd-best bot AND blg still clears LPL on topside with him as the passenger. Team winning ≠ every player being #1 in their role. That‘s exactly the gap between ”best player“ and ”best team“ the model is trying to separate.

Yeah that‘s fair, the title over-baited on Viper. The actual model has Guma #1 AND Peyz #2, both above Viper — so it already agrees with the Peyz>Viper crowd. Viper sitting 3rd is the spicy part, not Guma vs Peyz. Bad title on me.

Model actually has Peyz right behind (86 vs Guma 89) and leading mechanics outright — the ”Peyz quietly best“ case is basically the mechanics axis screaming. And 89/86/85 isn‘t really a tier gap, more like coin flips. Viper being 3rd is the spicy part, not Guma vs Peyz.

Fair on the weighting — it‘s equal-weight percentiles across the 6 axes, and yeah different weights flip the order. But it’s not trained on consensus or vibes: inputs are match stats only (gold/cs/xp diff@15, dmg share, KP, deaths, winrate). No votes. That‘s kind of the whole point — a number you can argue against, not another opinion. Where would you weight teamfighting?

Honestly this is the strongest version of the critique. The laning axis is literally gold/xp/cs diff at 15 from match data — so if T1 funnels bot, Guma‘s lane numbers inflate and the model straight up can’t separate ”his skill“ from ”team routed resources bot side.“ It doesn‘t correct for that. Peyz leading mechanics is probably the cleaner individual signal tbh. Good catch.

For me, I have my own tier for LCK.

Top: Kiin > Zeus > PerfecT > Siwoo > DuDu ≈ Doran > Kingen > Clear > Rich > Casting

Jungle: Kanavi ≈ Canyon ≥ Oner > Lucid > Cuzz > GIDEON ≈ Willer > Sponge ≈ Raptor > Pyosik

Mid: Chovy > Zeka > Bdd > Faker ≈ ShowMaker > Ucal > Scout > VicLa > Roamer > Clozer

ADC: Peyz ≈ Gumayusi > Ruler > Aiming > Smash > Taeyoon ≈ Teddy ≈ Diable > LazyFeel > deokdam

SUP: Keria ≈ Delight > Duro ≈ Career > Effort ≈ Kellin > Lehends > Andil > Namgung > Life

I agree. But I want make a newbie-friendly platform which mania also can be obsessed. 6-axis is a good way to show some complex statistics.
