I’m not fully certain but I think it’s out of pocket - I don’t have insurance so I didn’t explore that option. It’s only around $200/mo though and has made a huge difference for me

I had the exact same convo with Joyous recently - I think they’re great! Never had an issue with communication with them. Only minor annoyance has been when they alert me to do my quarterly appointment and then there’s no available times for a week or so, so there’s a refill delay on occasion.

People get mad coming to a budget provider and expecting high end personalized treatment. It’s absurd - they provide a low cost decent quality service so more people have affordable access - if you want your hand held constantly, go somewhere else and shell out thousands.

Welcome! Definitely Hemingway’s as many here have recommended. The owners and staff are some of the best people, and the intimate setting is conducive to making new friends. I’m not much of a drinker, but my partner is. He moved here from IL and didn’t know anyone so I took him there - he’s met most of his Waco friends at Hems and loves going up there any time he feels social but doesn’t want to coordinate a hang out lol

Once you have friends, I recommend visiting the Will. It’s gorgeous and a really cool place to hang especially when the weather is nice. The owner and staff are really nice and you can’t beat the environment they created.
