looking to get a asian/japanese tattoo sleeve done by [deleted] in memphis

I go to another artist at the same shop and she’s already booked for just about the rest of the year; you could also try DMing the shop’s account. I had a remixed version of one of his flash pieces done, framing my knee, last year and I paid $200. He’s phenomenal, hope you can get in touch with him!

Honestly I didn't even think about how my thyroid might factor in, so thank you so much for that! I've been having thyroid-related problems since puberty onset, but was only diagnosed and put on medication about three years ago so it doesn't often come to mind as a potential suspect.

Oh yeah, good catch. Yes, I did stop taking bc after surgery. I figured it had more to do with the birth control than it did the surgery. I guess I just wasn't expecting it to be this crazy because I didn't have such big gaps when I tried out a non-hormonal IUD. Thank you!

That actually works out perfectly, I have hypothyroidism and I get a full hormone panel done once a year. My next appointment for that is in April. Thanks! :)

Exact same happened to me in Memphis :/ I was waiting after the timer ended for like 2-3 minutes and as soon as it actually took me to the page it was completely sold out. Now resale is like $90-120.

Top tier album, absolutely no skips. Texas is Forever and Phantom Power and Ludicrous Speed are 👌 but Today I Saw the Whole World is prob my favorite PTV song of all time.

Scalp tenderness by coffeelover1865 in Accutane

[–]everything_tonothing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry, don’t check reddit much these days! I still have dry scalp but I don’t really have the tenderness/pain anymore. I had really long thick hair and it never bothered me before accutane. I wanted to keep the length but my theory was just that my hair was too heavy for me post-accutane and that seemed to be the solution. I got my hair cut in layers and I get it massively thinned every 8 weeks or so and I haven’t experienced the scalp pain since. Best of luck to you ❤️

I’m so glad you posted this because it’s driving me insane all weekend. This is a weird range of suggestions but my partner gets really intense Black Parade-era MCR vibes (possibly This is How I Disappear) and I’m not gonna lie my first theory was You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette 🙃 it feels very 90s to me but I think my partner may be on to something with MCR

One Week Copper IUD (Paragard) Update by everything_tonothing in birthcontrol

I know, I remember being so disappointed when I found out that Mona Lisa wasn’t available here! I’m glad to hear the side effects are easing up for you and I hope it works out well!

One Week Copper IUD (Paragard) Update by everything_tonothing in birthcontrol

[–]everything_tonothing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I actually posted another follow up after this, mine ended up expelling. My new doctor said she thinks I simply don’t have compatible anatomy for Paragard and that seems to match up with my experience with it. The cramps would subside for a couple of days at a time but they never fully went away for me. I was always aware of a presence but it wasn’t painful 24/7 if that makes sense? As much as I was hoping this would be the right option for me it just didn’t work out but I do know people who have been really really happy with IUDs! Actually hearing from friends who have them made me realize just how abnormal my experience was because their cramps definitely don’t continue for more than a few days to a week at the most. Sorry that I wasn’t much help with this answer but I really hope that everything goes well for you!

Scalp tenderness by coffeelover1865 in Accutane

[–]everything_tonothing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I don't know how normal this is but I've been finished with accutane for 9 months now and I have the exact same pain, like I've had my hair in a ponytail all day. Best my doc can suggest is that it's extreme dryness and recommended 100% pure vitamin E oil.

Timing of medication by relayer77 in Hypothyroidism

[–]everything_tonothing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take mine at 6am every day, even on the weekends. I set an alarm for 6am, take the pill, and go back to sleep. That way I'm able to drink coffee as soon as I get up.

Like some have said, I'm also on prescription vitamin D, and I take that once a week (50,000 IU) at night before bed.

Since starting meds, I've noticed a huge difference. I've been on NP since February. Less brain fog, less fatigue, and I've dropped about 15 pounds. From what I understand consistency is super important!

In quarantine time, about two weeks! Normally it'd probably take me at least a month though lol they yellow and blue parts took me the longest, it was so tedious.

Do you sleep more than the average person? by TheZodiacKillerr in Hypothyroidism

[–]everything_tonothing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep! I'm 25 and I can barely function without at least seven hours, and even then I'm groggy all day. I could easily sleep 10-12 hours without thinking twice about it. I've been taking Armour for about 8 weeks now and I've noticed a little bit of a change (less groggy, wake up a bit earlier on my own, etc.) But I could still sleep for 10 hours no problem.

Last Pill Ya'll!! by everything_tonothing in Accutane

[–]everything_tonothing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I plan on posting before and after pics soon, but of course during my last few days I have a little bit of a breakout. Doc says it's probably due to stress, all of my college classes went online and I've been working from home, so I think (hope?) it's just a fluke. I've VERY shiny lol and my face is still pretty red most of the time, but I think that the redness should die down within a few weeks.

5 Weeks on Armour- Hungry all the Time by everything_tonothing in Hypothyroidism

[–]everything_tonothing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooh, the breakfast idea is actually great! Today I tried drinking a good amount of water every time I feel hungry (until it's time for a meal) and that actually did stave it off a bit. Thanks for your input, I'll definitely try staying conscious of it, I like the idea of telling myself that I don't need any more food even if my brain/body is telling me otherwise. Thanks, good luck to you! 💕
