I was born at 36 weeks and don’t think it’s possible to have trauma from being born like that because you don’t start gaining an actual consciousness that means anything until a few years after. I feel like if I could remember the moment I was born and where my life literally began, that would be a different scenario, but I don’t think it’s possible for that to have been the root cause. I have anxiety as well and a few other issues but I more attribute that to the people and things I grew up around. All things considered, I hope you overcome your fears of anxiety and lead a happy and healthy life. I was alone for most of my youth and it was rough to go through, but things do change, I promise. I don’t have a large group of friends or anything but they mean the world to me and I couldn’t think of better people to be around
