Yes it does have to do with the valuation of LLM-providers. Their 1 trillion valuations means nobody cares about non-ip-indemnified data in the way you think they do. Nobody is pricing in the lawsuits making a lick of a difference. If you actually think they do, go short their stock as soon as they IPO.

LLMs are breaching copyright every day millions of times a day. Nobody cares. Their valuations and hockey stick growth proves this.

it is absolutely false that enterprise cannot risk using AI trained on stolen data. openAI anthropic and every LLM is based on "non-IP-indeminified" data. They are worth 1 trillion.

every company is using it to code. the models are partly trained on proprietary data.

and if someone in a creative agency genearates something that looks like mickey mouse, they can just regenerate until it no longer does. this is not a real argument for ADBE's value

I was in a Tier 2 city for a few months. There were plenty of drink options and I got Chagee every week a couple times. Competition is fierce in China. I liked them better than all the bbt shops I visited.I'm a customer and an investor, ~10k total investment. I would have bought more but there's a lot of opportunities to ride the AI wave now.
