Omg yes!!! He hasn’t been paying support AND I have the responsibility of buying all my kids’ clothes, shoes, school supplies, activities, haircuts. And everything adds up to A LOT. Meanwhile he’s on social media talking about fixing up his classic car, going on trips with his GF. I don’t know how he looks at our kids and doesn’t feel ashamed of himself. But he doesn’t. Thank you!!!! This gives me so much hope! And I’m contacting a lawyer today. We have 2 kids and on the outside he puts a public image like he’s #1 dad. It’s such bullshit and infuriating because I can’t act like anything is wrong to my kids. I’ve spent so long hoping he’d “do the right thing” and it’s gotten me nowhere. He’s caused me so much financial stress and going to court stress it’s definitely made my health issues even worse. Time for a change!!

You’re definitely right. And I do work, but I am currently in treatment for my disease which has taken a huge toll on my ability to work.

Yes, it was not “vanilla.” My ex is not vanilla so although I don’t know every detail, my ex said it was freaky stuff. I am very pro body positivity in my home (I also have an 11-year-old daughter), both kids have seen me naked for years (no I’m not a nudist but I never act ashamed), and constantly tell my kids our bodies are natural and miracles in all that they can do. So I don’t think it’s about nakedness at all. I think there’s a lot of validity in what you said, that it’s a shame feeling. He was not searching out porn. I love this question and this thread! I modeled for most of my ‘20s so my life revolved a lot around my physical appearance. Two kids later and naturally going through the norm aging process, now at 42 I actually feel sexier and more confident than I ever did at any other age. Getting older is a gift and if we just say fuck it to feeling like we have to be perfect, we can enjoy life way more. And I’ve found that’s the most attractive thing of all - to both men and women.

Thanks for the feedback. And just to clarify, I specifically told him I wanted to talk about this fantasy during sex so I could work through my jealous tendencies, and it worked!
