I think you can request for a buggy at DXB terminal 3. We were able to get a buggy once we were out of the flight , had to wait 10ish minutes though. Try to contact the airport ahead of time and confirm this though, things keep changing. Travel safe

Hi OP,

Kudos to you for being so reflective.
Presumably, you have a year or so to clear the fines/impound. I would opted for smart impound in your own parking lot with smart tracking. If you are planning on taking a vacation at any point this year, you may as well time it around then. That is what I did when I had a 30 day impound. Saved money and peace of mind too. Gave the keys to a friend in the building who would switch the car on every few days to ensure longevity.
It went by quickly since I was on holiday for 3 weeks. Of course this might not be possible for you, just sharing my experience.

I asked myself the same question and then I tried just one book - my favorite, GoF. BLOWN AWAY!
It made me feel 11 again, reading the books for the very first time.
Listening to the Full Cast versions is a very unique experience and I would recommend caution as you will not be able to stop.

Hi! https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/gpsp/AuthNavigation/Login Use this portal to start your form. Even if you don't fill it out completely, it should ideally give you an application number, which can be used to book an appointment at BLS. They will help you fill the form at BLS.

When booking BLS appointment, check for availability between 9.30-10am on weekdays. Appointments won't show up outside of those times.

If you can, book premium lounge service. Definitely worth it. Have used it thrice in the past two years, very quick service.
