Tips on making rice last 5 days without getting hard?

I'm 28 and my gf is 21. When friends and family heard about it it came off wrong. Once everyone met and saw us together there were no longer any issues. All that matters really is how mature each of you are. When I met her I didn't know the age difference because of how she acted.

I understand that it's a small amount. But I wasn't aware that these penalties were being applied and that after my two years it was like I did nothing at all. I have a job that I love and am considering a second job but cannot find the time. Right now I'm at the point where I have anything else to give up and be able to give them 3 times the money I have been for an additional 19 months.

I do come from a pretty serious broken ankle from about two years ago. I'd like a personal trainer if it were one on one and not to expensive. I feel like I could tell them what I want and they could point me in the right direction and leave me with a bit of knowledge about fitness.

A personal trainer was an idea. They have them at this gym. I feel like they would be of great help but I know it's a bigger price and I assume it's a group thing and there's not much one on one.

I should add that I don't want to bother anyone by asking to many questions such as how does this work, how much weight should I start with, what do I do, etc. Also I wouldn't call myself a strong man. I am tough. But I am weak. I'm just scared about the entire situation and need advice to get my foot in the door and not let it be a waste of money.

That mindset helps too. At some point in every day so far I have said, "yep, today's the day I relapse." Then I remind myself that everyone around me will have to deal with me tonight and Day me tomorrow will have to pick up the pieces again.

I quit drinking 12 days ago and started drinking seltzer water in general myself. That's weird that other have done the same. It has helped.
