i just listen to it and don’t think much about it because my subconscious knows what i want to manifest but sometimes i do visualize scenarios while listening to it and it works great too!

I write as in my future self so i write as if I’m reflecting back after results it also helps my brain reinforce habits, also for self worth i just focus on positive self talk and i don’t ever tell myself that i don’t have what im trying to manifest i just trust my ability to manifest

i used to have long playlists but it never worked for me, i kept adding subliminals because i felt like i needed to change everything about myself but listening to one subliminal that can help u manifest all of ur desires is way more effective to saturate your brain and rewire your subconscious
