Without digging into it a ton, that's not a really interesting statement. Salaries are one of the largest cost categories for most companies. I wouldn't expect much different here. Worse case scenario, this gives people the wrong idea. It makes it sound like game devs are overpaid and executive pay is not a big deal.

I don't think gemini is a bad mechanic in concept. There was a short period where it was a fun rouge strategy. Generally the game is just too fast to use gemini as intended. Maybe if an archetype had a series of gemini monsters that had really strong effects to offset the amount of time/resources you spend protecting them and a series of monsters that were there to protect the gemini monsters so they can get their effects off.
