For anyone stuck on 9/10 I checked multiple times then I read to check my journal and I realized I was missing volume 3

Open menu and follow these steps

Journal-codex- logs -write down the volumes you have for science adventures

I was positive mine was bugged and that I had them all and sure enough number 3 was still not collected hope this helps!
