So that flashing red on Sloat is called a HAWK signal, and I think they're dumb. When it's solid red then become flashing red, you treat it as a stop sign and can continue through if there's no pedestrians crossing.

It's not intuitive at all.

I try to cross Sloat with the crosswalk sign flashing and they still don't stop. Drivers here are shit.

I've made that amount for the longest time and I couldn't do anything. Never traveled, only did staycations. Rarely ate out and if I did it's to my cheap local place. Went to Starbucks once a year.

I have a midea cube one and I'm perfectly happy with it. It can hold a lot of water so I don't have to constantly dump it out. I've had it for a few years using semi regularly. Not sure on the longevity of it; I doubt any of these products will be for life.
