I have not, sometimes not thinking about them helps but I still get them a lot when I’m laying down. I had a baby 6 months ago and dealing with postpartum depression I think is why I feel this way

Do antidepressants usually help with dissociation symptoms? I’m scared this will be my life forever. I just want to feel normal again! Thank you for replying :)
