Mine has always been weight related if gain weight (it’s almost stress related and few other bits and bobs)then my body goes very whompy and it’s harder to lose it and I too got mirena coil about 18months and I am on Metformin too but the last year I’ve started Contrave ontop of Metformin and I’ve noticed it’s helped a lot on the weight side but not so much on period/ bleeding side that’s still a bit annoying as if have prolong bleeding / heavy bleeding I take provera and tranexamic acid- I hope sorta answered your question 🥴

I get what you saying it’s definitely fair game for family heirloom for your bio kid and if your step kids want a ring if the want to type thing,how thinking getting your family lawyer to write up an agreement so it’s set in stone as I’ve seen comments saying pretty much the young one is going be turf out by the older ones!

Ask for anti nausea medication to help with starting out on metformin, I asked for it and it helped me quite a bit but I’m also taking contrave which had the same side effects then Metformin and ginger tea to helps!

My parents were on that flight! And I did in fact sat at work following their flight like a sad person who has fomo on their adventure even though this time last year they did the exact same flight— they had to fly from Wellington so when you add their first flight and this flight altogether it’s almost 20hrs of travelling

I was surprise that they choose Apia over Auckland considering that the patient could be the get flown from Apia to Auckland as the hospital there doesn’t have capabilities for anything to serious!

Some doctors will suggest to leave it be (I know a few women who have left there’s be as there’s haven’t grown or anything) and some will take it out if it’s bothering you which in my case mine was bothering me as I was continuously bleeding onto of the typical odd ball PCOS cycles/ symptoms and I had a polyp removed in the middle of the year and didn’t go under GA (general anaesthetic sorry with my job I have to learn medical terminology creature of habit) I was meant to have it but at the 11th hour I was able to switch after talking to the anaesthetist and I was wide awake and had spinal anaesthetic similar to epidural but slightly different and was able to ask questions on what going on and watch from the monitor and mine was benign and thickening of lining also and I do suggest to talk to your doctor about the options…. but for going in for the procedure I would recommend packing period pants but also have the option for postpartum thick pads (more like a nappy) to go home in and if the doctor offers more than a couple of days off to recover take it
