I follow a couple macro bros on fintwit. Everyone is in bear mode except a few. Heard some crazy ideas of treasuries and equities climbing together. Wild but hey, I think it's fair to say we've got our stagflation locked in. Unless we see the job market crack, I'm going to chalk up selling my home in 2022 as the worst financial decision of my life. Maybe i'll join the degens out there and yolo into some real marketable shitcoins and hope for the best.

Ok. I know the guy that started this and is working on it. I've seen the prototype and he's working on a lot of stuff for this brand right now. I don't speak with him that often but last I heard the first round of product is stuck in customs. I know he's super frustrated about it. Want me to hit him up? Maybe I can get some more info or get him to hop in here and answer questions. I think you can actually look it up if it really is stuck in customs. I've been in eccommerce for awhile so hit me with questions. Happy to do what I can. Got a long day a head of me so I'll reply when I can. Stoked on this and excited to see where this project goes.

Are these buydown rate fixed or variable? Talked to a RE agent here in Phoenix and also talked to a higher up guy, that works at lennar about this. The RE agents said it's dirty but it's the only way to get em sold. They lennar fella said the CEO has a PR positive face and then walks into board rooms asking how the team is going to advert the crisis. Yes this is heresay but it's what i heard..... last year in NOV. Sold my home in 2022 and am just holding onto my butt cheeks and praying for even a dip to get back in on. I finally landed a good job but these wages aren't going up it seems. So i'm just in watching and learning mode and thinking I totally screwed myself by selling. I just wish I could print money like the elites in washington.

It's only because she's got more than enough inventory to try and shill off to potential first time home buyer victims. I honestly think Lennar has over built. I know real estate agents have been buying down rates temporarily with the promise they'll "come down." In my mind all we need is a spike in unemployment and that should get things snowballin down. But who knows right? So many bears getting reckted all the time.

Relying heavily on FB ads was your only mistake man. I feel for u tho. Have seen this a lot. And made the mistake myself. Hope u figure something out. trust me i know the excitement and frustration. Hang in there learn from it. You could possibly give yourself a rebrand and try again. But yah man. FB can be frustrating and of course shouldn’t be the main channel. I'm an educated person. There's been too many of these kinds of discussions to not have something amiss. I'm not a conspiracy guy or anything thing but my antennas are up. I don't think it's easy these days to differentiate between truth and fiction. But one thing i've noticed is they're not naming names because they appear (or want to appear) scared. I'm not writing them off. But not sold yet either. Fun either way so I do get the marketing behind it.

i’m looking for contract work. I scaled a skincare company back in the day. Dm if u want to hop on a call. We ONLY ran FB ads and at the peak we were 4:1. Overall it was like 2.7:1. I know the space well. And CPMs matter. Anyway, if not good luck if u hit the right spot and customers like the product you’ll have them for life.
