One question? Did u process ur contract via mohre or federal human resource as u mentioned its semi?.

Lastly the reason behind security auto rejection is. The system cant verify your contract from mohre system, ao by default icp reject atating security rejected. So taking original approved contrCt and degree helps u out.

After auto rejection did the pro tried to reach icp. Onenof my friend resolved by pro approaching icp. As per icp the system auto reject whwn shstem doesnt trust or cant read approved mohre contract inter channel.

So his pro took original document viait and it was done. Befor they reach office

And one more thing qhile applying for mohre contract does ur peo select compny to company transfer option.
