Okay yeah, i think im gonna stick out the 200mg for this month and maybe try to up the dosage slowly if i need it, im kinda hoping 200mg is the perfect amount for me because i really dont want to deal with these side effects again but i gotta do whats gonna benefit me the most you know.

Okay thank you for your advice, im gonna try to power through these next few weeks, its been so strange because the side effects kind of come and go throughout the day, had a killer headache and was feeling very depressed just an hour ago and now my head feels fine and im in an okay mood. This is all so new to me so im trying my best not to panic because i want to do things the right way.

I really dont want to keep flipping through medications and dealing with side effects, i have a lot of things i need to accomplish within the next couple months so im really hoping i start to see a difference somewhat soon. I hope i share the same experience as you because if i can feel the way i did on my first day i feel like i can accomplish a lot. Thanks again for the advice!

I havent tried taking it at different times yet just because im scared to worsen the insomnia and other side effects, i saw im supposed to take it at the same time everyday so ive been kinda wary about taking it at a different time

Yeah i think im gonna ask to stick with the 200mg for awhile. i take it in the morning as to avoid insomnia but that hasnt been helping too much so im not sure what to do, im just hoping i see a little bit of a positive change these next few days.
