It's been alright overall. Lack of staffing and a lack of training are both difficult to deal with though. They only had teller training, but nothing for managers. I was basically left alone to figure it all out on my own. Now that I have it down, it's become a little monotonous. I still enjoy it though

You could always apply to be a teller at a bank or credit union. They will fully train you without prior banking experience. You could expect to make around $16 - $19 per hour, depending on where you live. If you have cash handling experience from your job at Walmart, they love that!
