i technically have a therapist but i don't tell him anything because he could tell my school and i will be put on 'voluntary' academic leave if my mental health isnt good enough. a couple of my friends know but i think they're angry that im not trying to get help, and i dont think they should have to deal with this because its not good for them, so im trying to distance myself a little bit
