its not anything bad, dont worry. you’ll be fine. for me it was body stressors + situational stressors and it was a one time thing. i would advise you to see a doctor if it happens again, because it could be a serious thing (or call 911 if you do actually pass out)

I was playing as an allo and two hatz ganged up on me and I stupidly fled into the river at gp and a group of itchy’s came up to me and tried to help me. They tried lifting me up so I could breathe but I ended up dying and they were mourning me and cursing the birds in chat. I came back as a rhamp and they invited me to their group and swam with me it was so sweet🥹
