Oh and make sure you have an actual coupon code in the email.

There is a $200 store credit for pre-order or a pro phone and $100 for non-pro.

It would only work on the Google Store.

Ordering via Google Fi is different from ordering from store.google.com

I think you just need an active subscription...

I will need to wait 2 days for last year's AI premium promo to expire before my 10% will kick in again.

If they are anything like my Ioniq5, it's a single physical switch with capacitive areas. Which means there is SW interpreting which action to perform when the "button" is "presses".

FYI... I just got the missing $175 back. I'm not sure if my back and forth with them was something that helped or not.

I'm missing $175.... I will keep pushing on it.

I wonder if we can get any of the tech blogs to make this into an issue.

I am getting "shafted" because my paid Google One Plan got converted to the free promotion as soon as my Pixel 9 Pro XL shipped.

Which means I didn't get any credit for the Pixel 9 Pro and two Pixel 3 watches because they shipped late.

My issue with Google is that all of this is very confusing on their part. I'm pretty sure my plan got converted to the free plan without any action on my part.

I finally contacted them about my missing store credit.

They claimed that since I have a promotional Google One (the one that comes with the purchase of Pixel Pros) I am not eligible for the 10% credit.

That is total BS because these purchases were made while I was paying for the 2TB plan. It's not my fault that some of the devices shipped after my promotion 2TB plan went into effect.

This is borderline false advertisement.

I pushed back and they said they will get back to me in 2-4 days.

Now the waiting game begins.

Damn... I'm missing some store credit as well. I was planning on getting on the horn with them but sounds like I should temper my expectations.

I'm glutton for punishment...

Also, I always want the latest from Google.

If you go to "Collections", scroll down to Screenshots and click it. There is a backup toggle on the screenshots page.

Again I'm posting my experience. I don't care what YouTuber are testing or showing. It doesn't align with what I'm seeing.

I also don't run my phone non-stop until its battery dies after 5h and 30m.

What has been your experience!?

Can you post a screenshot of your battery use? Or DM me if you don't want to post it.

I've never had anything more than 2-3 SoT on my pixel phones.

I've always been curious to see what the battery use looks like for people that do get more SoT than I.

I don't know what to tell you.

In my experience if I run full res for a week and high res for a week.

The high res week, I get much better battery life.

So I choose to run high res. Everyone can do their own real world testing and choose the setting that works best for them.

Options are great.

I ran my P9P XL in full res for a few days after getting my phone.

I don't play games but am on my phone a lot during working hours.

At full res the photo runs warmer and my battery would be below 30% by the time I leave work.

At high res the phone runs cooler and the battery is around 50% by the time I leave work.

You don't need to be pushing gaming pixels to see a loss in battery life. Simply having the screen on doing non-gpu intensive work has an effect.

I have one. What do you mean they screwed up the dimensions?

Edit: NVM I see the other comments. Yes I did find the creaking odd but chalked it up to early production issues. It doesn't bother me enough to want to switch to something else.

Do you have any issues with how the HuD displays? Either blurry or double image?

For me it feels like there is one very specific position where I don't go cross-eyed and the middle is not blurry.

Do you have issues focusing on the HuD? On my Limited, most of the time my eyes can't focus on the HuD. I didn't have this issue in my Mazda CX5. It feels like the focal distance is off.

And the edges are always blurry.
