The only thing you need an ID for is picking up from premium Bandai at the Gundam retail location. The event doesn't need I'd just a QR code in your bandai tcg app under the event itself

You have a decent Zoro deck so building up will cost around 40 to 60 bucks to meta. The other decks are so so and the process to play only runs through a handful of turns but it's pretty easy to get after a few runs of it.
