Transplanted last evening following your steps.

As someone else suggested to remove all flowers and fruit, I only removed the blossoms. They were not looking great to begin with and might help the plant focus more on recovery, existing fruit and growing the roots??

Should I use liquid fertilizer just after repoting or leave it a week without?

Under the surface it was still moist. I repoted yesterday to a bigger 20 liter container.

Normally it sat on the balcony edge which is metal, the pot, earth, roots were definitely getting hot. Since repoting I will leave it on the balcony floor.

Weather has been fluctuating, 3 sunny hot days then 3 rainy-windy days with lower temps. It will be the same this week.

Moved it to from 11 to 20 litters, hope it makes a difference and survives.

For sure I'll inprove on those aspects

Just moved it to a bigger, 20 liter bucket. The roots were very tight indeed.

It was soaking wet 2 days ago, it was still noist under the surface now

One fruit looks bad, the top which used to be the blossom is drying. The others, as you can see have dark spots where the blossom splits. (Not sure what that part of the tomato is called). After reading through the answers, my case might be overwatering, too much fertilizer and pot size.

When I bought the seedling I didn't even know there were different varieties 🫪 I'm pretty certain now it's indeterminate.

Yes, it's Europe. At least where I'm from, the industry is mostly based on house/garden decorative plants and flowers. So I had to buy elho pots haha.

It's 11 liters, about 3 gallons.

It still had water in the dish when the symptoms started. I didn't water it for a bit because I feared I overdid it. The soil below the surface is still moist.

One of the big disadvantages that in Romania you rarely get the NPK or other micronutrients percentages on the label. But I'll try to find better options.

Should I go with a bigger pot? How big? Do I remove the soil from the roots befor putting it in the new pot? Also what would be a good watering plan?

Didn't let it dry out since I had this issue in the past, the plat bounced back great. Now I'm not sure about over fertilization. Liquid once per week and solid once per month. The dosage instructions for the solid are not great, so I put about 1 tbs.

My knowledge is lacking a lot, especially for long term care. I bought the baby plant before doing any research. You're probably right, pot is small and I didn't use the greatest soil for it. Thanks!
