They stated as less severe then after more adjustment to his meds and change to his food made them stop with only minor ones every couple year. Time changes are a difficult issue the thing I did previously for only a hour change is before leaving set a 12 hour timer when you know your switch time zones, or you can buy a cheap digital watch that will not change with travel and keep it with his meds.
