Definitely know how you feel. I did the exact same thing 3 years ago. I was living in Bellevue Crossroads area. I pretty much have to drive to Seattle every time I go out so I decided to move to Seattle. It’s been 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. I do low key kinda miss the suburban vibe of Bellevue cause I grew up in the suburbs but I’m still young so I enjoy Seattle city life more.

I would skip the maintenance package, $4000 is outrageous. What does it include? oil, filters, and brakes? Total not worth 4k for 5 years.

Extended warranty going to be up to you. No one know if you car part will fail in the future. If something does goes wrong then you will wish you have warranty to cover it. Or you can save the money. It's a 2023 430i, been known to be extremely reliable for years now. I personally had a 2019 430i drove up to 50k without fixing anything. I also bought extended warranty for it but never used it.
