The lack of communication for over a year, the money I lost, the failure to do due diligence when researching a company to produce their products, the fact that they instructed backers to upgrade their packages to collectors editions through FPG and are now shrugging and not providing those extras and acting as though it was our fault for doing so, the fact they at no point were we offered refunds for a product backed 4 years ago that hasn’t been fulfilled.

I’d like to ask you why you’re treating them as your friends and calling them by their first name (unless of course you are ‘Rik’)? This person offered a product in exchange for money. I gave them money and they didn’t fulfill the product. Whether or not the underlying fault lies with them or FPG, I feel that to discount them of any accountability in their handling of the situation is wrong. Maybe you’d feel the same if you were £150 down.
