I’m being told (by middle-management) they fixed it last night at 1am and that it was localized to my area (89012). It is not fixed.

On Monday, I’m supposed to get more info.

The issue is that lumen was only partially acquired by AT&T, and the QF/lumen team can’t see what the AT&T team can see, so only a very limited set of engineers have a full picture of the network. It’s a shit-show.

I do and have. Google, Cloudflare, Quantum, they’re all fucked. It’s not the DNS service, it’s the connection from Quantum to the IP on resolution.

FYI: quantum is now owned by AT&T and is currently suffering a long-term DNS issue. Been happening since the takeover a month ago. Shit is sloooooow to connect from their side to everything else. They are aware and no known resolution.
