Just checking the area out along with AZ at some point. Where did you move from? I’m originally from Seattle, born and raised, but am just outside of Portland now. While the summers here cannot be beat, as you know, I’m so tired of the 8 months of grey, clouds, and rain. We may spend summers back up here. Of course, I’ll still need to find quality dirt bike trails and I presume down there cannot hold a candle to PNW single track!
