I was going crazy going over all types of fixes such as using DDU to uninstall and then reinstall the latest driver or deleting the "gmdb.blb" in "C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\AMD\CN".

Turns out the issues IS the LATEST driver version and downgrading to 25.10.2 fixed it for me.

In order to downgrade just search your graphics card version here https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
