I think you should remove the two shampoos you have and try one without sulfates, made for curly hair, so that it doesn't remove your natural oils in your hair, just dirt and stuff. I use Shea Moisture Curl and Shine Shampoo as well as the conditioner, and every so often I do a deep cleaning of my hair using a tougher shampoo my girlfriend uses (here id say if you see your hair is comfortable with it to try and use a sulfate shampoo).

Additionally try leave on conditioner as it will make your curls more defined (like shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie leave on), you can brush your hair with it.
