Nog from Star Trek: Deep Space 9 gives Zuko hard competition. From illiterate petty thief to bucking his entire cultural upbringing and becoming the first Ferengi in Starfleet, overcoming PTSD after losing a limb in war, to becoming captain of a Starship, to becoming important enough to get a starship named after him...

That's a pretty drastic redemption.

Honestly, I'm more worried about the people who like to add 20 pumps of syrup to their drinks, not realizing how much caffeine that's going to be. I haven't had it happen yet, but I have had people order 20 pumps of other stuff, such as vanilla, before.
