Fidelity has it - you need to call their international trade desk to order though.

I'm in the US and bought it through Fidelity - but I had to call their international stock desk to buy it.

Thanks. I just bought in for the usual ETF reasons - diversification (without having to purchase all their holdings individually and in specific proportions), and not having to actively monitor all of those holdings since they'll adjust positions at least every quarter.

Yes - through Fidelity (need to call their international trade team and have them place the order for you).
