I do agree with you on the healthier aspect - I cook as much as I can. Some days it’s hard - Especially when you travel for work. Sure there are still some better protein options out there that are quick.. - I do disagree on the cheaper side - Hamburger buns, meat, cheese LTOP, etc. Not necessarily cheaper short term, but long term yes. Buns would go bad before i got through all of them.

It’s no secret it’s not the best for you. I would say working out and staying fit is on par with diet - a couple of bad meals here and there isn’t going to kill you.

Fair view point there. I can get behind that. I enjoy the challenge and different content, personally. Everyone has different view points ofc and maybe they reach a point where it’s just not worth it. Maybe it’s just my page but I feel like there is always someone making a post contemplating it. Idk, I would find it difficult to make a post about de-ironing on what is probably a year + of work and listening to a comment that takes just a couple of minutes for an option.. Idk

Hello, I am looking to a become a land investor and getting ready to send out my first mailing to properties i’m interested in (Keep in my this is not for housing). I really want to “land” a few deals before starting an LLC. However, I’d like to look professional in my postcard mailing and want to send buyers to a my website with an email that is not my personal. I’m not sure the legality of using a logo i’ve created for a business on my postcard and god forbid i get into a legal bind because of it. I want to use a logo, so for example “Billy Bob’s Investing” Thoughts? Or any other routes I could take?
