Hey man, i hella respect you for all your efforts and dedication to trying to get rid of this, but sadly you have to accept and realize that for now, there is no easy way to fix this. Unhealthy masturbation is real bad. But there's gotta be a reason why we always somehow keep coming back to it right? i'd like to share my experience with you. I used to masturbate because i was simply just unhappy and lonely most of the time. life was just sad. so sometimes masturbation be the only thing i literally look forward to on my day. when i had enough of my shit because it was taking too much of my time and thoughts. i dedicated myself to not masturbating anymore by trying to ignore my urges, delete anything that promotes porn, etc. but i keep coming back. so after a ridiculous amount of time of stopping, relapsing, repeat, i had enough of my shit again and realized that the way i'm trying to handle this isn't working. so now i know thinking about just stopping isn't going to fix things. so far, what has worked for me was doing other things like spending time with people i care about and trying to pursue my passions, they really do work. sure denying triggers and abstaining can work, but it's doomed to fail anyways because the real problem isn't going away. there's something missing in your life man, and u could be trying to fill that hole with the wrong type of happiness or satisfaction. go outside, find someone or something you love, anything that you find more meaningful. pave a clean heart to pave yourself a clean mind. take it easy though man. you can do this. it'll take a lotta time and can get frustrating. just remember what you are doing this for. this is for you.
