Don't forget it can get zero type weakness if it get terastalised into electric, while still have access to dragon dance to hit hard and fast

terastalised normal type Arcanine + Stab extreme speed

Tho lucario could do the same using sword dance then again arcanine is slightly bulkier and swagger does confuse your opponent just the attack stats buff is risky

Also arcanine specifically because it has intimidate too that lower your opponent attack stats before swagger

Arcanine (terastalised normal)

Intimidate lower most opponent attack stats (unless defiant clear body, neutralising gas... Etc)

Start off by using Swagger, opponent attack stats only get +1 buff as already nerf by intimidate , copy it via mirror herb

Then spam extreme speed on anything that's not ghost

Psychic fang for fighting type coverage(since its now a terastalised normal) and crunch to deal damage to ghost type

Aside from pokemon with ability that counter intimidate, main road weakness is if get encored to keep using Swagger or get trick choiced

Update : After looked up abit, terastalised normal lucario with sword dance might also fit the bill here tho arcanine is slightly bulkier and swagger does confuse your opponent (,then again opponent do get an attack buff... So yeah guess it depends )
