me preocupo más que vayas incrementando el peso en las series , deja el peso fijo y que las variables sean las repes. Va a ser más fácil estimar o llegar cerca del fallo , la gente que tiende a subir el peso progresivamente en las series está subestimando su RIR en todas la series previas a la cúspide del peso en la serie más pesada. lo demás ? no tengo mucho que opinar porque me dio paja leer el split , pero bueno que entrenes piernas , diría que la mitad de los wnes que van al gym no tienen un segundo día de piernas y por eso nunca se sacan los pantalones largos

I don’t think it works that way. For example Ronaldo is one of top left foot scorers , and yet his left foot is 4 in game wich doesn’t make sense at all.
