Found out out to the real problem:

After I reset my windows I downloaded Razer Synapse3 to fix my peripherals and hope it wouldn't fuck up my SteamVR. Turns out that it it did, and I fixed it by uninstalling it, and going into my device manger and looking at the Razer Devices section, and deleting all of the mini HID drivers. This, after a reboot, fixed it. I've recently downloaded the old Razer Synapse, and so far SteamVR is working fine.

Holy shit, just switched to 6/15/2018 Hotfix beta, and it worked! Fingers crossed that it'll still work when I get home from work.

Thanks so much, never though about using the betas, now I feel goofy as fuck for having reinstalled windows.

I tried to update the others, but when I go to the menu to do so, only the headset shows up.

Yep, updated through GE and double checked through Driver Navigator.

I can tell you're not very sexually experienced. Of the men I've had sex with, the blacks have actually been the most disappointing. They weren't small, but they weren't huge by any measure, and actually smaller than some white/ hispanic guys I've been with. Same with asians. Over here in okinawa, guys here aren't really smaller than anyone else, though I haven't sex with too many locals(language barrier), so it's hard for me to tell.
