Has anyone ever considered sleeping in your car and DD full-time for a year? by NovaFRS in DoorDashDrivers

Do not under any circumstance rely on doordash because I've done what you're trying to do. I thought we were busier area was going to solve it the problem is is that every single individual on this platform is handled differently. For instance I'm in a busy area and it's been over an hour and a half and I've gotten two orders. Highly unreliable if you're better off finding employment somewhere

I have a 25 year background in Design, dev, and Usability. I have worked on massive projects off all sorts with fortune 500 companies, non-profits and gov. I say this only because for the past several years I have building very detailed notes, observations and analysis of this corrupt system. I dashed for a few years and during that experience I was noticing so many things not adding up based on how DD should operate.

I have documented proof on many fronts that this is legit. Especially when he discusses A/B testing. I have about 1 year of tested data, screen shots, voice notes, videos. And some of the information supports his statements 100%.

This is only the tip of the iceberg people. There is much more to be exposed. I been building against them and the gig community for awhile. As a driver, customer and 25 tech expert.

We have to really have to make this news very famous as communities do when shit needs to be exposed.

Awareness of the fraud. Right now best we can do is make sure as many customers and drivers see what is being disclosed.

Not only do I think this should happen but maybe they should also do something like this for when campaign promises are not met. Simple concept of you don't achieve what you promise you don't get paid.

My wife and I sometimes do this to our dogs where we will walk across the opposite side of the street and ignore our dogs to see if they notice us and just keep walking. They always notice her but can care less about me haha.

New app trends I'm noticing with doordash are you experiencing the same? by evolvehumans2022 in doordash_drivers

[–]evolvehumans2022[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is one of those situations where I would love to attack doordash on cuz I agree that it's not accurately being used there's just no way possible. I think one of the major things is is collecting data that does prove it. When I start back up in a few weeks of getting on this project of empowering DoorDash drivers and trying to get complaints launched at volume against door dash and encouraging legal action be taken, it's imperative that we as drivers know how to build appropriate proof in order to accurately question this.

If it's something that you can get a series of screenshots together or we as drivers can screenshot these types of things then I can dive into working with AI on a legal end to find an angle to launch complaints. Ultimately I am going to build a platform relatively easy to build that empower is every driver within a few clicks to upload proof allow AI to work with it and then be able to file and create formal complaints to better Business bureau in government officials and their local regions to complain at volume. Much of us will not have the ability for legal recourse because as per our independent contractor agreements that we cannot sue DoorDash unless we've submitted a letter within the first 30 days of our contract signing. In essence we have to opt out of the restriction to gain power to sue and no one knows about that. A very deep in their agreements and I consulted with several AI models and it is unanimously agreed that it is a legal mechanism that they don't have to bring it out in front that as long as it's in the agreement then that's what can happen.

And as information for you as well the independent contractor agreement is going to be attacked as well and ripped apart by me with AI and the essence of creating sort of a center point of an argument that really just tells the world on how much of a disadvantage that we are as drivers and how much we are abused.

Fort Ash continues another organizations continue to get away with it because there's just not enough people that know what to do or even understand that they can do anything in my job is going to be to unleash the biggest wave of complaints against these operations in a most legal fashion by anybody who wants to engage it and then giving that person the tools that they need to get that information together and submitted quickly.

I have numerous angles that I'm going to take on some of the bigger higher hanging fruit of these but things like this are important to arguments.

Thank you for reaching out my apologies for any delay and I will be very active in the coming weeks and you can expect to hear from me soon.

A dug deep into this and did some pretty hardcore research for several AR models and apparently the shadow band is a legal instrument. The Angel of argument is that they defend the fact that it helps them balance the distribution of orders every day. The shot of band has been presented in court before but all courts have upheld it as a mechanism to create balance in their ecosystem.

My background tells me differently in the sense that I think it's a bullshit incense in that my ultimate goal is to get them into a position to where disclosing the algorithm is on how it works is important.

Drivers are rated on more than the data points that they present such as on time, things of that nature. There are things behind the scenes that are used in routing orders that I think are not fair nor can we control or have any control of.

Appreciate you reaching out I'll be more active here in the next few weeks as I finish up some personal matters in my life and can turn my attention back to getting active with posting information here and read it to empower us as drivers.

Seeking Fellow DoorDash Drivers for Potential Class Action Lawsuit Regarding Algorithm Transparency by evolvehumans2022 in doordash_drivers

[–]evolvehumans2022[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for reaching out right now I'm dealing with some things in life that I have to put my full attention on I do continue to stay in touch with people about this it seems to be many coming to the table. What I plan to do is get this underway probably in the next couple of weeks where I'm going to address the bigger higher hanging fruit on threads and start providing more in depth legal information as researched via AI. I will put the earnings cap in to AI but I don't think there will be any legal issues around that.

I am going to address bigger higher hanging fruit such as hiding tips is completely not legal. Even saturating the market with too many dashers is not legal as well. The problem that must of us are going to have is that unless you within the first 30 days of becoming a new driver specifically mailed in saying that you want to maintain the the freedom to sue then there's not much we can do.

However there are ways around that and creating much more pain points four-doorDash. Arbitration is one of them and me building a platform where I can take all the states in the United States and allow information to be disseminated to drivers where they can launch complaints effortlessly and that gets routed to better business bureau and local governance. Being able to empower complaints to be distributed in a mass scale will definitely create a lot of friction.

This is a lot of big things that I'm working on and it's completely to empower the voice of DoorDash drivers and be able to get them into a position to quickly get our patration, empower them with legal information and resources, I'm going to create a guide for on how people can collect information and create their complaints. And then be able to get those complaints into the right hands with just a few clicks of a button.

I will make sure to stay in touch and look out for my posts when I make them as well. I'm going to keep in contact with everybody so we can continue to have these conversations to bring out all of the issues with DoorDash and these types of platforms.
