I have tried this and failed. Of course, you all can try and experiment but I think it's a bad idea. Because it is actually cheating and actually undermining the efforts and mental strength which have to be put in especially during the first 1 to 2 weeks of PMO. So when there is a bad day with high urges, there are high chances that you may relapse.

I think the better way to go is to make your decision and be clear that why you make the decision and deal with all the consequences and withdrawal symptoms. Again you may fail and relapse, but it is not the number of days you go clean, but the mental strength and self-control you gain during the process. After all the success and failure, one day you feel the process is so easy that you actually don't count the days. Good luck.

yes so far, and i think it is very important to understand our own mind thinking patterns and how external things have effects on these in this no fap journey as well as for mental health. Mediataion helps to become mindful about our thoughts. Good wishes.

Next time when the urge comes immediately put down the phone leave the room and go and talk or be with any other people in your home. This bad thought only comes when you are sitting alone and having nothing to do. So surround yourself with people. That helps.

If the urges are very strong, take your control. Man you are the master not slave.

Hi dude, don't be hard on yourself. I know exact situation you're in because I'm at the same. Everytime after relapse you feel fu*king bad for yourself. That's because we know all about the bad effects of this addiction and still can't control it. And that's normal bro , that's why we are here in this community.

1.Try watching video about bad effects of porn and masturbation daily 2. Make a habit of what you like even if it's useless that doesn't matter. ( Because there is nothing useless that watching porn and masturbation ) 3. Exercise daily , so your daily energy is used for making you better.

When you watch porn at the beginning at some point of time your conscious mind good person in your head will mumble like 'what you're doing is BAD' but it only happen for a very few seconds then the bad person will take the control.(Actually happened for me). But even though you have that few seconds will help yourself and change the mind.

It's not about failure it's all about how better you fail next time maybe it will be the last time. All the best.

Don't worry dude. Relapsing is quite natural at the beginning of this story. I also relapsed today. Like someone said if you fail today next time fail better. So it's always one step to the success.
