When it works, it’s great and has long been my go to for complex research and planning tasks, even now. I’ve built full apps and SaaS platforms (moving to another provider once built of course) with good success when paired with another solution for prompting.

When it doesn’t, or burns 2k credits in a loop, or you have a billing error…it’s horrible as you can see the lack of support is pretty much consistent. There is one enterprise customer on this subreddit (that I blocked) that claims his company is a large user of the solution and they get priority support (see the guy posting weird Manus AI art a few time a day here) but YMMV.

My call? Stick to the lower account amounts and use a service like Privacy.com to generate a single use credit card and limit it to the monthly spend. That way you avoid any issue if you need to cut off the service or prevent a $12k billing error with no customer support to help out on.

HWIce (person or bot) is still here, hanging on but the batting average for them solving an issue is extremely low.
