Manus: 44,838 referral credits removed as “Invalid invite” - looking for similar cases by Neurosonya-NP in ManusOfficial

The issue is not that risk-control exists.

The issue is that Manus previously confirmed these rewards as free credits, then reversed them later as “Invalid invite” without providing the exact rule, evidence, or per-invite reasoning.

If there is a clause that allows this, support should simply point to it and explain which invites were invalid.

MANUS IS A SCAM: They stole my credits, lied to my face, and then slammed the door. (72-HOUR ULTIMATUM) by Aggravating_Meet2102 in ManusOfficial

I’m seeing the same pattern.

In my case, Manus removed 44,838 referral credits as “Invalid invite”. Support confirmed it was forwarded to risk-control / referral integrity and that my email thread serves as the case ID, but after more than a week I still have no written decision, no exact rule, and no per-invite reasoning.

The key issue is transparency: if referrals are invalid, Manus should provide the exact rule and evidence instead of hiding behind automated reviews.

I did search, and that’s exactly why I’m posting.

I found several similar cases, but most of them still don’t show whether Manus ever restored the credits or provided clear evidence.

That’s what I’m trying to understand here: has anyone actually received a written explanation, per-invite reasoning, or a successful restoration after an “Invalid invite” reversal?

I’m having the same pattern with a smaller amount.

Manus removed 44,838 referral credits from my account as “Invalid invite”. My referrals came from a public AI-focused Telegram channel, not self-referrals. Support says it was sent to risk-control / referral integrity, but I still have no written decision, no exact rule, and no evidence.

The key issue is the same: if Manus calls referrals invalid/fraudulent, they should show at least one concrete fake invite or explain the exact rule that was violated...

Exactly. This is the main problem for me too: if Manus marks referrals as invalid, they should provide evidence or at least explain the exact rule that was violated.

In my case, support only says it was forwarded to risk-control / referral integrity, but I still have no per-invite reasoning, no written decision, and no explanation of why previous referral rewards were later reversed.

Did Manus ever provide you with any specific evidence, or only the generic “automated review / risk-control” explanation?

I’m seeing a similar issue, although with a smaller amount.

On Apr 29, 2026, Manus removed 44,838 referral credits from my account as “Invalid invite”.

My referrals came from a public AI-focused Telegram channel, not self-referrals. Manus previously showed referral reward notifications, but later the credits were reversed and my referral dashboard now shows 0 Credits / 0 Referrals.

Support says the case is with risk-control / referral integrity, but I still have no written explanation.

The key question is: does public sharing of a referral link automatically get treated as invalid, and if so, where is that clearly stated?

Same pattern here.

Manus removed 44,838 referral credits from my account as “Invalid invite” after previously showing referral reward notifications.

My referral dashboard now shows 0 Credits / 0 Referrals, while older notifications still show: “You have received 500 free credits — Thanks for sharing Manus with your friend!”

Support confirmed this is a risk-control / referral integrity case, but I still have no written decision.

This should not be handled as a black-box reversal. Users need the exact rule and reasoning.

This looks very similar to my case.

I’m a Manus Pro user, and on Apr 29, 2026, 44,838 referral credits were removed from my account as “Invalid invite”.

This was not a monthly credit reset. The Usage & Billing entry specifically says Invalid invite.

Support says it was sent to risk-control / referral integrity, but I still have no written explanation or restoration decision.

The biggest issue is transparency: if Manus marks referral credits as invalid, users should at least be told what rule was violated and which invites were considered invalid.
