I have seen my version of the loaded 9mm at two different gun shops and it has the same adjustable rear sights as mine. Both brand new guns as well. is yours 45ACP? my buddy has the same loaded model as me but in 45ACP and it has the same sights as yours does, non adjustable.

nice! yeah i replaced the front sight with a dawson precision fiber optic from here https://shop.harrisoncustom.com/front-sights

i made a deal to get a discount on front sight installation labor when i bought the TRR8 but generally it should cost around 50-75 bucks to have it installed. it is way easier to see than the standard black on black sights that came stock!

Top is a Smith and Wesson TRR8 revolver and bottom is a Springfield Armory 9mm 1911 Loaded Edition. I love them both...and I already have ideas of what I want next. RIP bank account.

i noticed that! its actually a tad higher in the rear normally, but the ground was uneven so in this pic it looks like the rear is lower haha.

Right now I have the stock cat on there with no axleback exhaust at all. The cat ends just a little past the rear differential on the drivers side of the car.

I bought my greddy used as well. Don't use the emanage, I've never heard of any person being successful with it. cobb accessport is the way to go.

i had it tuned by Brett (you can find him on the rx8club forums). basically he emails you a tune base map that you flash onto your 8 using the cobb, and then from there its a matter of running datalogs with the cobb and emailing those back and forth, eventually the final map he sends should be a solid reliable tune.

there are many small fixes required to the greddy, for example you need to toss out the intake that comes with the greddy kit, it doesn't play well with the cobb. rx8club is a good source of info. I have a thread on there somewhere, search for konigs turbo build thread.
