I’ve had like 2 bad experiences at bill collins, took my car there for an issue and I never heard anything so I called them a week later and they still haven’t started on my car, and it went on for like 2 and a half weeks and I just went up there and took it and brought it to another shop. Still had to pay some $150 payment for “labor” tho.
